erm... Don't remember learning to swim, except that we had classes every year to learn to swim *properly*... Mum refused to buy an umbrella as it would rot before we could use it... Don't remember learning to tape windows, either, but I can... Lots more things that could relate, except I grew up in tropical (ie, cyclones) north Queensland, Australia :D

Wierd! I'm early gen-x, but have done the listen-to-music-at-work thing. Someone complained, and I think it was one of those pesky gen-y'ers. (Only way to concentrate on that database when they were selling on the phone and playing music that I hate. They implied I was anti-social.) I flip from tab to tab in the browser, and if that's taking too long, I play solitaire or do some work. But then, I have never been considered usual.
